The directives of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in tackling the adverse effects of global climate change are far-reaching and positive. The birth centenary of the Father of the Nation has been associated with it. Therefore, the unique expression of humanity is noticeable in this year's event.

Chhatra League planted trees at Sherpur Chapatli cemetery

Bangladesh Chhatra League Central Executive Council President Al Nahyan Khan Joy and General Secretary Writer Bhattacharya are already emerging as pure souls of humanity. That is why Mujib has taken the initiative of planting trees throughout the month to keep the year honored and glorious. Leaders and workers have been instructed to plant at least three trees each. As a continuous part of this, extensive activities have been started in Sherpur on the initiative of Chhatra League leaders and activists. Sherpur University Chhatra League leader is leading the month-long tree-planting drive.

Today, 5th July, 40 different types of trees were planted in Chapatli Cemetery in Ward 5 of Sherpur Municipality. During this time a large number of workers of College BCL and District BCL spontaneously participated. Arman and Dwip played an important role in making the program a success during this time.

At one point, Arman told Tech Solidarity, "Our reputation has already grown in the humanitarian practice of the central leadership of Bangladesh Chhatra League." Our program has already received much praise for its guidance and the overall cooperation and advice of Mujib, the popular face of student politics in Sherpur.

    We are thankful and grateful to the Central BCL for giving us this opportunity because through this program we are working to restore the balance of the environment as we have the opportunity to be more organized on the one hand. Mujibur Rahman Mujib, a very hardworking and clean Chhatra League leader of the district, hoped that it would inspire them to build the golden Bengal of Bangabandhu's dream. Former panel chairman of Sherpur Municipality Matiur Rahman Moti encouraged the student leaders from being present at the time.

    Among the student leaders present were Shahidur Rahman Shahin, Zahir Raihan, General Secretary of College BCL Abdul Quddus, Organizing Secretary, Tanvir Ahmed Pappu, Rakibul Sumon, Johnny, Sourav, Azizul, Lokman, and other leaders of College, District, and Ward BCL.
